These are the Splashtop apps for ongoing remote access. Install the one that matches what you're doing. Just need a quick, one-time session with us? Use Get remote support instead. Not sure which? Call us at (336) 506-0566 and we'll walk you through it.
The computer that needs help
Install this on the machine you want us (or you) to be able to reach.
Install the Splashtop Streamer on the computer you want to be able to connect to — the one that needs support. It's set up for Nelson Technology Partners, so once it's running we can connect in when you need us. The download page lets you pick Windows or Mac.
The computer you're connecting from
Install this on the machine you'll sit at to reach another computer.
The Splashtop Business app for Windows. Install it on the computer you'll be using to connect out to another machine — the viewer that starts the session, not the one being accessed.
The Splashtop Business app for macOS. Same as above, for a Mac you'll use to connect from.
